About Reform Method

Built from lived experience.

Reform Method was built from the ground up through lived experience, struggle, resilience and transformation.

Alongside being a qualified Personal Trainer and Level 5 Advanced Nutrition Coach, I also work professionally within substance misuse services — supporting individuals through addiction, trauma, mental health struggles and behavioural change. I am trained in psychosocial interventions and mindset-focused approaches, which heavily influences the way I coach.

Before Reform Method, I battled addiction myself alongside severe mental health struggles, weight loss challenges and some of the darkest periods of my life. Now over 5 years clean and sober, I know first-hand what it feels like to feel lost, hopeless and stuck.

My aim is to give people something many lose sight of during difficult times:

HOPE.

Hope that change is possible. Hope that things can improve. Hope that no matter your circumstances — there is still a way forward.
